In order to avoid the unpleasant mood caused by disputes that may arise during the transaction process between the buyer and the seller, the following situations are explained and agreed in advance.
1. There is no warranty service for toys. After man-made damage occurs, we only provide free maintenance service and only charge reasonable accessory fee, double fares of which shall be borne by the buyer himself.
2. When receiving the goods, the buyer first opens the goods in front of the courier for inspection, and checks the non-destructive receipt. If the goods are damaged, they will refuse to sign for it, and they will be returned to us directly by the courier; If they are not checked, they will sign for it, or the doorman (friend) will sign for it. If the goods are damaged afterwards, the seller will be exempted from liability. We only provide maintenance services, and double fares of the accessories fee is borne by the buyer.
3. If there is a quality problem (non-human damage) within 24 hours after the receipt of the goods, you can contact customer service first to apply for a return or exchange, and reject the uncontacted return or exchange. Because we are a wholesale price, we allow less than 5% of problematic products. Therefore, the freight will be borne by you, and the freight will be borne by us after the replacement; 24 hours later, if there is any quality problem or damage, you can apply for repair, refuse to return the goods, and the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
4. remote control aircraft itself is a vulnerable toy. If it is not operated properly, there will be a lot of human damage when it is played for the first time. We do not avoid possible defects in product design, however, there are too many factors that are damaged in remote control aircraft, and both buyers and sellers are not present at the same time. This is a link that is most likely to cause quality problems. Therefore, the buyers and sellers specially agreed that the buyers should check remote control aircraft before receiving the goods, whether the charger and so on can work normally; Once the plane takes off, the subsequent damage is caused by human damage, which is not a quality problem.
5. If you order the product, you will be deemed to agree to the above regulations. If you have any objection, please find another seller, thank you!
Return and exchange instructions:
1. When signing the mail, be sure to check whether the product is damaged or missing in front of the express delivery first, and check whether there is any defect before signing. If there is any problem, please refuse to sign and contact us in time. If you sign for it directly without inspection, we will not be responsible for any damage or omission!!
2. If you return the product because you are not satisfied with the product, if the complete set of accessories is complete, you will be refunded at 20% off of the purchase price. If you lack the accessories, you must deduct additional fees. The buyer is responsible for the round-trip freight.
3. We will bear the two-way return and exchange freight for quality problems and the reasons caused by our work mistakes. (Valid within 24 hours of logistics receipt)
4. If the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, he must inform our customer service first and return the goods only after obtaining our consent, otherwise we have the right to reject the goods!
5. This site refuses to accept postage under any circumstances, express delivery and peace mail. If such a situation occurs, the buyer shall be responsible for it! (Expensive postage is also rejected!!!)
6. If the goods sold by our company have been removed from the shelf or stopped, no matter how big or small customers are, they will not exchange them.
7. The toys may leave slight scratches or grinding defect during factory assembly and transportation, which is unavoidable and does not belong to product quality problems. Please understand!
Pictures and product quality description:
1. The pictures of the products are all taken in kind by 100%. We do not make any changes to the color of the pictures. The products will inevitably have chromatic aberration problems under different light and display. Everything is subject to the actual product.
2. There is a gap between the quality of the real object and the picture. For example, there is a certain deviation between the size and the material (everyone's values are different). The actual size and quality of the real object shall prevail. If you cannot grasp the scale, please consult customer service. Due to reasons such as the size and materials are not as good as expected, it cannot be used as the standard for return and exchange. If you really need to return or exchange, you will be refunded at 20% off of the purchase price. If you lack accessories, you must deduct additional fees, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip freight.
