About delivery and after-sales
1. Except for remote areas, the default delivery is STO Express, YTO Express or Baishi Express (not changed regularly). In remote areas (Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Tibet)
2. The goods can be shipped normally throughout the year except for legal holidays. Due to the large shipment volume during the activity period, the delivery time may be delayed. If necessary, please contact Customer Service directly for urgent handling.
3. Our resin storage cabinet is a large object. Please check carefully before receiving the goods. If the packing box is seriously damaged, it will be rejected directly. Take photos and send them to customer service for handling. If the sheet is damaged or lost after receiving the goods, you can contact customer service for free delivery;
4. Our products can be exchanged within 15 days (the customer bears the return freight, and our company bears the re-shipment freight). If there are special circumstances, please contact Customer Service to explain the reason before applying for a return.
